4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Beautiful book. By Judy Thomas Really quality product. Great value for the money. Book has a linen, debossed spine. Paper stock is super high quality and it is beautifully illustrated. This would make an excellent gift. Story is very sweet.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Watercolor Illustrations By J D My daughter loves books and loves Sofia! This was a no brainer for me to get her... I really like that the story is different than the show and that is going to be a great perk when D gets the book this December.The quality of the book is really nice, the binding is beautiful and the pages are a good weight. The only thing that kept me from a five star review is that the illustrations are done in a watercolor style. I prefer a cleanear look for books, but that is just my style.As far as the story, there are the traditional Christmas activities (decorating the tree, wrapping gift, hanging stocking) plus some of the unique magical activities including the enchanted garden and the weesprites. It really is a cute story and I know it will be a hit! I am glad we got it!
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Wonderful Christmas gift By Paul O'Brien Very cute book. My daughter who is 2 1/2 loves Sophia the first and really enjoyed the book. My son 5 loves it too and we are all glad their's finally a Christmas Sophia the first book.
