Cutter I thought that “Dream a Pony, Wake a Spirit” was a wonderful and magnificently written book. It combined history, suspense, and even humor exquisitely. I would definitely recommend this book to all readers, especially children.

They eagerly awaited the next reading, I found I wanted to keep reading. Wonderfully written and gives the historical background regarding the current needs of the Choctaw Ponies. Loved it.

By Vinnie Silvagio Masterfully written and beautifully illustrated, this book will fascinate children and thoroughly entertain the rest of us. A period piece from the Indian Territory at the turn of the century, it tells a great story while imparting many important life lessons for everyone. Highly recommended!
